Small-group, or 1-1, online movement coaching designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build long-term physical confidence.
All group sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 people per class, allowing for feedback, and tailored modifications based on your needs and ability.
This ensures you don’t get a generic group workout—you receive advice personalised to you.

Location
Online coaching sessions take place using Zoom. You will need a good internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
You will also need enough space to lie down and some basic equipment such as a yoga mat, dining chair, bath towel, cushions etc.

This class is designed for adults who want to maintain or improve their ability to move well and stay active as they get older.
Sessions focus on practical, functional movement that supports everyday life.
