I'm Hannah

I’m Hannah Hall, a qualified soft tissue therapist and movement practitioner, with years of experience helping people improve posture, reduce pain, and move more comfortably in everyday life.

My work focuses on alignment, biomechanics, and how the body functions across the lifespan — not just exercise for fitness, but movement for long-term physical wellbeing and independence.

Aligned and Active brings together professional body knowledge with a calm, practical approach to supporting how real bodies move and age.

Do I need to be fit to start?
No. This programme is designed for all stages of life and ability levels.

Is this suitable if I have aches or stiffness?
Yes — the focus is on gentle, supportive movement and alignment. However this programme is not a replacement for medical care. You should check with your doctor or health practitioner before starting a new exercise programme to ensure suitability for your own body and situation. 

Will this stop ageing or prevent injuries?
Nothing can stop ageing or guarantee injury prevention. But improving alignment, mobility, and body awareness supports long-term physical resilience.

What if I miss time?
The programme is always there. You can return whenever you need.

What happens after 12 months?
After 12 months, you can simply continue as a member. Many people choose to repeat the programme, revisit key areas, and use Aligned and Active as a long-term movement practice for ongoing support.
