Small-group, or 1-1, in-person movement coaching designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build long-term physical confidence.
All group sessions are capped at a maximum of 6 people per class, allowing for individual corrections, and tailored modifications based on your needs and ability.
This ensures you don’t get a generic group workout—you receive advice personalised to you.

For People Who Spend Long Periods Sitting

Designed for anyone who spends significant time sitting—whether at a desk, driving, travelling, or at home.
Over time, sitting can contribute to stiffness and discomfort in areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and hands.
This class focuses on:

This class is designed for adults who want to maintain or improve their ability to move well and stay active as they get older.
Sessions focus on practical, functional movement that supports everyday life.
We work on:

Everyday movements such as walking, bending, turning, lifting, and getting up and down from the floor are included in a structured and supportive way.
